Infina Consulting was founded on a simple observation: ambitious organizations were stitching together a marketing agency, a bookkeeping firm, a staffing vendor and an offshore RCM partner — and paying the price in lost time, fragmented data, finger-pointing and missed growth.
Each vendor optimized for their own narrow scope. No one was accountable for the business outcome. Founders and leadership teams were spending more time managing vendors than running the business.
We built Infina Consulting to fix that. One integrated firm with senior practitioners across the disciplines that actually move the business — strategy, digital growth, accounting, workforce and healthcare operations — delivered through a consulting-led engagement model, not a transactional one.
Today, we serve organizations across the USA, UK and India through two specialized brands: Infina Consulting for business growth and operations, and InfinaRCM for specialized healthcare. Both operated by InfinaRCM and Tech Consulting LLP.
